The FFK Difference

Dedicated to a Healthy Legacy

Our doodles are part of our family! They are loved and cared for from the moment they enter our home! At Ford Family Kennels, we strive to provide our clients with the best puppy experience possible! Each litter at Ford Family Kennels has been bred to produce a healthy pedigree and exceptional temperament. All in an effort to better the breed!

We put a great deal of time and effort into our selective breeding program. We work to ensure that only dogs with sound temperament and excellent health are introduced into our program. Any dogs who are found to have genetic defects will not be bred.

Our selective breeding program is in place so that you can rest assured that when you purchase a puppy from Ford Family Kennels, you are receiving a quality doodle that has been carefully bred to provide you with a puppy that is as healthy as possible!

We stand behind our program, and that is why we are confident in offering you a one (1) year health guarantee against any genetic health defects.

FFK Puppy Training Program

Here at Ford Family Kennels, we believe that obedience training should be started early and not wait until your new family member has arrived at your home.

Our proprietary, in-house training program, The FFK Training Program, is a first steps puppy training program that incorporates different principles from Puppy Culture, Empowered Breeder, and Baxter & Bella. All puppies at FFK go through our training program that focuses on crate-training, potty-training, and equipping puppies with the essential tools needed for them to fit seamlessly into their new homes.

Our puppies complete their training around 8 weeks of age and are then ready to go to their forever homes. At this point, the puppies have been actively working on crate-training, potty-training, leash training, and many other training essentials!

What to Expect

Visitation Policy

Please keep in mind our kennel location is also our family home.  Our priority is the health and safety of our children, dogs, and puppies. We don't allow visits to our kennel until pick day at 8-9 weeks old.

Pick-up day will be held at a location near the property. No pets are allowed to come with you to pick day. While we understand that you may want to see your puppy before deciding to purchase, we have to keep our puppies' or breeders health and safety in mind. While we want to provide each client with the best puppy buying experience, allowing clients to roam the property is unsafe for our little ones. This is for the protection of our breeders and puppies.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work with our clients to ensure that every future fur baby at Ford Family Kennels is kept healthy and safe!

***We carry out business only with serious buyers that are ready to add a family member to their home and are certain they want to proceed with purchasing a puppy.

Puppy Safety:

A puppy's immune system is immature and delicate. Visitors can bring diseases such as parvovirus and distemper with them unknowingly when visiting the puppies, which can result in the loss of an entire litter. Thankfully, FFK has never had these diseases at our kennel. However, due to the risks from these diseases we have set these guidelines for our kennel.
